Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and assure you that your email address and other account information are strictly for OnlineVerdict use. Each juror is asked to provide enough background information during the sign-up process (name, address, phone number and email address) for us to verify their identity. We also use this information to issue and mail checks when cases are completed. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with others, including the attorneys. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information. We maintain the highest level of security in protecting your personal information, including your email address. If you no longer want to receive email invitations from us to review cases, simply click the “Remove Me” link in any notification e-mails, or login to your juror account and click “Delete my account”.
Jurors are also asked to provide some basic demographic and experiential information during the registration process, such as gender, age, race, education level, marital status, employment history, etc. These are the types of questions real jurors would be asked during the jury selection process. This information assures us that all our case studies include representative samples from that venue. This information, as well as juror responses to the case questions, is shared with the attorneys, but each juror will only be identified by a number. Attorneys sometimes use this information to identify trends in verdict decisions. OnlineVerdict may occasionally use this general information for sales purposes (e.g., to show other attorneys the type of opinions and feedback they can expect).
